4. Each participant should bring his Ice Block
5. Competitors to use their own hand-tools and non-slip mats
6. Electrical tools are permitted.
7. The electrical tools used should be protected by a differential circuit breaker
8. Work plain uniform is required.
9. Colored ice blocks are allowed.
