The Sheraton Kuwait, a Luxury Collection Hotel Culinary Team dominated this year’s Salon Culinaire competition, clearly showcasing the hotel’s leading position during the HORECA exhibition which is Kuwait’s largest cooking competition program. The contest among Kuwait’s leading Hotels and Restaurant Chef’s lasted for 3 days which included a variety of activities such as live cooking competitions that ranged from appetizers, desserts, hot and cold beverage and display categories. The competition was held under the supervision of world class Chefs and an international panel of culinary experts. All the attending judges unanimously agreed that the Culinary Team’s performance was excellent and presented their winning creation with luxury touches not to forget the top quality materials used by the team to prepare their dishes. Sheraton Kuwait has been awarded a trophy for winning the overall battle with 7 Gold, 6 silver, 10 Bronze and numerous merit and appreciation certificates was handed over by the organizers to the participating Chefs including 4 Hygiene Awards from Boeker. Fahed Abushaar – General Manager of Sheraton Kuwait & Mounir Amer- General Manager of Four Points by Sheraton Kuwait and all the Department Heads commended the Culinary Team that participated in the HORECA Exhibition and praised their efforts for the exceptional performance and outstanding skills. Abushaar recognized the efforts of Chef Frank Noack – Cluster Director of Culinary for his successful team management and guidance which have strengthened the presence of Sheraton Kuwait and maintained the high level of quality service for over 50 years of continuous success.
