16 December 2019: Food Choice CEO, Marwan Fares strongly praised the Horeca Kuwait exhibition and its ability to attract companies specializing in hospitality, food industries and hotel requirements in addition to travel, transport, oil and construction companies. Fares added that with that in mind, Food Choice decided renewing its golden sponsorship to Horeca Kuwait and do the same in the 2020 Horeca exhibition due to be organized by Leaders Group in collaboration with Hospitality Services Co at Mishref International Fair Grounds in the period of January 20-22, 2020. “The exhibition will display the latest in food products and food service according to HACCP food safety standards”, he underlined. Further, Fares stressed that following the success it has been achieving ever since establishment in 2005, Food Choice intends to continue growing and expanding internationally using various unique creative ideas while, at the same time, being so keen on supporting new creations and observing healthy quality standards in catering and retail services needed for hotels, restaurants and department stores. He added that Horeca expansion and yearly progress made it a perfect annual forum where Kuwait’s most effective hospitality and food industry experts meet. Further, Fares stressed that Food Choice would display around 50 of its i n t e r n a t i o n a l brands products in the exhibition. “Our products and services are found in Kuwait and in our branches in KSA and Dubai”, he added noting that the company had recently displayed those products and services in various family festivals, specialized workshops and the Lebanese products festival. On its part Leaders Group reminded of the success achieved in Horeca 2019 last January in terms of the growth of the number of visitors and also hailed the outstanding participation of Food Choice during the past cycles noting that its section had always attracted humongous numbers of visitors, especially keen on visiting its 6 main branches of catering services, seafood, beverages, retail and grocery, dairy products and Pastries and bakeries all run according to HACCP food safety standards. Notably, Food Choice has recently acquired agency for several trademarks including Khoury products, Al-Wazeer Olive Oil and Al-Wadi Al-Akhdar products from Lebanon. It is also expected to get new agencies in 2020 and, following six years of successful cooperation with Nestle International and achieving the highest rate of sales in the ME in 2019, a delegation from Nestle visited Food Choice headquarters last month where it presented a special trophy to Fares
